Pretty Party Platters

Slightly uncharacteristic of me, I had a Mary Kay party for a few lovely friends. I made punch (served it in our crystal goblets), arranged yummy strawberries and grapes (on our crystal pineapple platter), and cut out cheese in shapes (I have a picture of this but it won't load onto the site). Yes, I was quite the domestic! But it was a lot of fun to use wedding gifts to entertain friends.

The 1978 pontoon progresses...Ashley's newest hobby

Ashley and friends stripped the pontoon down to its core. He is rebuilding the floor, adding new carpet, and possibly building new furniture. He also cleaned the engine and it runs perfectly. My Uncle Ernie would be proud!

Georgia Aquarium

The Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta is amazing! I visited at the end of February while at a conference. Highly recommend it!
