Two plus one = Three McLeods!

One fish, two fish, THREE!!

Ashley and I are expecting a baby in June! A little boy (no names yet) with LONG legs (or so his ultrasound reveals). I'll post pictures later of my growing belly. So far so good on how I've been feeling--and all signs point to a healthy baby. Here are the ultrasound pictures from the 20th week. On the left is the traditional ultrasound, on the right is the 4D (which is a little weird looking, especially if you've never seen this before). The top two pictures are of his head, the bottom two are of his legs.

Colorado, Feb. 7-10

February 7-10, 2008 Ashley and I visited Joshua and Kelsey in Colorado. The weather was cold but it was a great trip. We got to hear more about their engagement and wedding plans (for Sept. 13) and visit. Kelsey taught us a new dice game, Greed....lots of fun when you have $1 bills! The first night we spent in Boulder. Then on Friday we drove to Denver to see the house Joshua bought and is renovating. It's a neat project and he hopes to be done by March 1 to put the house on the market. Update (March 12)-- the house is ready to sell-- please view it here for more information: http://www.realtor.com/realestate/denver-co-80211-1096636285/Friday afternoon we drove up I-70 to Keystone, where Kelsey's family has a condo. As you can tell from the picture, the roads were a little precarious but Joshua is a champ at driving in the snow (especially now that he has his new truck).

Saturday morning Joshua and Ashley got up early to go snowmobiling in Leadville. Here are their "toys" on top of a ridge.
Ashley in his fabulous snowmobiling gear--look at that view!

One of the trails they were on.

Joshua on his machine.

A view from the top of one of the ridges...amazing!!

I didn't bring the proper shoes for snow so we stopped at Sports Authority and I got some new booties! Very toasty warm!
Packing up Joshua's big truck to head back to Denver (and take us to the airport) on Sunday. Our view from Kelsey's condo.

Soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Mitchell!

Look at the difference in the weather driving back on Sunday. Colorado is a beautiful state!
